- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to hiring
- Develop and execute comprehensive new hire orientation and onboarding programs
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations
- Demonstrate expertise in Paylocity HRIS, utilizing its features to streamline HR processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 3 years' experience working in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
