Seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Representative/Insurance Agent for local, well established independent insurance agency. No cold calling required.
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, accurate, and prompt customer service in an office setting. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. No outside sales. All work is done in office.
Work Experience:
Custmer service background in Insurance preferred but willing to train the right person.
P&C license a bonus.
Bilingual skills a bonus.
Requirements:
Must have excellent communication skills and be people oriented.
Ability to multitask.
Knowledge of Word, Excel and basic desktop computer skills.
Ability to problem solve.
Be self motivated.
Absolute attention to detail.
Be organized and efficient.
Ability to provide a positive customer experience.
Professional phone etiquette.
Salary:
Based on experience and education level.
