Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions, ensuring efficient operations, and providing excellent service to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checks.
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of employment documents, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- HR Administration: Support day-to-day HR operations, including updating HR policies, assisting with employee inquiries, and handling confidential information.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and answering employee questions about benefits.
- Payroll Assistance: Collaborate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, and escalate issues as necessary to HR leadership.
- Compliance: Ensure HR processes comply with legal standards, including labor laws and company policies.
- Event Coordination: Help coordinate company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Special Projects: Participate in HR initiatives and special projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in an HR role; SHRM-CP/PHR preferred but not required
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
