Production Lead/Supervisor

Job Summary:

· Accountable for meeting production schedules.

· Accountable for meeting or exceeding quality standards and customer expectations.

· Accountable for all material moving into and out of the team area.

· Accountable for operator, equipment and tooling.

· Responsible to enter direct, indirect, leave or idle time for each designated employee into the TIME & LABOR TRACKING SYSTEM.

· Responsible for accurate reporting of all information related to production.

· Responsible for ensuring department members’ overall performance and attendance.

· Responsible for department members’ job training on diversified equipment.

· Responsible for department members’ making rate or having rate properly adjusted.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
