Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs., reach, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in clear business English.
• Strong teamwork skills and accountability for the quality of work produced.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Meet production goals to fulfill the demands of clients and internal departments while ensuring high-quality standards.
• Confirm that proper paperwork and materials are being utilized.
• Set up machinery and perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Ensure quality work by adhering to established standard procedures.
• Record all required production numbers and quality inspection results accurately.
• Return unused materials to the warehouse efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers and leadership.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required to contribute to the team’s success.
