We are a locally owned pest control company and are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by addressing their concerns, scheduling appointments, and handling billing & payments. Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, emails & texts.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers & potential customers.
- Schedule appointments with customers
- Communicate with service technicians and be able to adjust their routes to be most efficient
- Handle billing & payments
- Provide information about our services
- Resolve customer issues
- Perform appropriate duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer & typing abilities
- Basic math skills and accurate data entry

This is a 40 hour a week position, with hours Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5pm and an hour lunch break each day. This is not a work from home position. Our office where you will be working is in Simpsonville.
