Overview
Action Powersports is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about off-road powersports, plus a knowledge base of parts & accessories.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of powersports industry products is preferred but not required
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and attention to detail is a must
- A friendly, customer-first attitude is a must
- Powersports dealership is preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store, over phone and email with parts requests in a courteous manner
- Look up parts using OEM and aftermarket catalogs
- Process parts orders, returns, and special orders
- Maintain organized and stocked parts displays and inventory areas
- Support sales and service with internal parts requests
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
Schedule
- Tuesday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Saturday 8:30am to 3:30pm
