Production / Manufacturing / Assembly Worker - $16 an hour - Mon-Fri. Starting ASAP

We typically work Monday-Friday, with some overtime opportunities. However, we strive to accommodate flexible scheduling needs whenever possible. Starting pay is $16 an hour, with a $1 increase after 90 days. Yearly raises are based on performance and cost of living adjustments.

Our Production team works with our patented gel polymer called AKTON to make support, pressure-relieving, and shock absorbing products. It involves standing for your entire shift, regularly lifting up to 35lbs and occasionally 60lbs, careful reading and interpretation of job orders/instructions, close vision work, fine hand dexterity, and moderate math & ruler calculations.

Shift: Monday through Friday with flexible start time. Some overtime may be required, which would extend shifts to 10 hours.
Requirements: Reliable attendance, high attention to detail, ability to work in fast-paced environment, math & ruler skills, and self-motivated. Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
