Action Property Management seeks a Corporate Staff Accountant to join our team at our corporate office in Irvine, CA. This is a hybrid position.
As a Corporate Staff Accountant, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be key in supporting the financial success of our organization.
- Maintaining general ledger and journal entries to include monitoring accounts for discrepancies
- Record journal entries
- Update chart of accounts as needed
- Reconcile all bank accounts as part of the month end closing process
- Reconcile and balance accounts payable and accounts receivable monthly
- Generate and review monthly financial statements
- Assist with audit process, budget preparation
- Provide technical assistance and advice to Association Managers to ensure a clear understanding of financials
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of general ledger accounting and budgeting experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (Vlookup & Pivot Tables)
- Experience with CINC software is a PLUS!
- Flexibility to work overtime if needed
