Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Track project progress and deliverables, ensuring they meet specified timelines.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and updates.
- Assist with permitting, documentation, and compliance processes for the project, ensuring all necessary permits are obtained and documentation is accurate.
- Schedule and coordinate installations, ensuring all logistics are in place to meet deadlines.
- Support the Project Manager in overseeing project execution and meeting deadlines.
- Organize and maintain project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Monitor and report on project status to stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of progress.
