About the Role
As a Project Management Coordinator, you’ll support the team in keeping projects on track, organized, and running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for administrative tasks, updating project documents, and ensuring that essential information is accessible and accurate. You’ll play a key role in helping the Project Management team maintain high-quality standards across legal and non-legal workstreams, setting the stage for seamless client service and effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
· Project Tracking Support – Assist in maintaining and updating project trackers to ensure all team members have access to an organized view of responsibilities, deadlines, and progress. You’ll help create a centralized source of truth for ongoing projects.
· Document and Task Management – Organize and file key project documents, ensuring quick and easy access for team members. Help maintain consistency between our document management systems and project structures.
· Coordination and Scheduling – Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to facilitate smooth project operations. Track project milestones and report updates to team members as needed.
· Meeting and Note-Taking – Attend project meetings and take detailed notes, capturing important information and action items. Distribute notes to team members, ensuring everyone is aligned on next steps and expectations.
· Communication and Follow-Up – Act as a communication bridge, helping to circulate updates, consolidating feedback, and following up on outstanding tasks. Ensure that all team members stay informed and tasks are moving forward.
· Assist in Process Improvement – Support the Project Management team in identifying and implementing more efficient processes and tools that can improve workflow and productivity.
