As the Senior Demand Generation Specialist, your primary goal is to drive lead generation and pipeline growth through various marketing channels.
You will:
^ Develop and execute demand generation strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation targets.
^ Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid advertising, content marketing, webinars, etc.) to attract and engage target audiences.
^ Optimize conversion rates and improve the quality of leads generated.
^ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and content marketing, to align campaigns with company objectives.
^ Continuously measure and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
^ Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in demand generation.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as a Demand Generation Senior Specialist include:
^ Design, implement, and manage end-to-end demand generation campaigns.
^ Plan and execute paid advertising, sponsored content, content syndication, partner marketing campaigns.
^ Develop assets like whitepapers, eBooks, webinars, blog posts, etc.
^ Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to campaigns.
^ Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes.
^ Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
^ A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
^ 2+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in the IT sector.
^ Demonstrated experience in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
^ Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
^ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
^ A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to drive results.
