WHO WE NEED: As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engage prospects, and generate high quality leads for our solutions. The ideal candidate is a team player, data-driven, and creative.
- 3 years of experience in demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing tactics and buyer’s journey
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs (ex. Pardot, Salesforce)
- Proficient in digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and support revenue goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content aligned with campaign objectives
- Manage digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid advertising, social media, webinars, and content syndication
- Monitor, analyze, and provide insights for digital campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Implement and manage lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the buyers journey
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure the development of relevant and engaging nurture content
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to track, measure, and report on KPIs
- Work closely with Enablement, Product Marketing, and SDR teams to ensure alignment and effective handoff of leads
