Essential Job Functions
- Global Marketing Strategy Development : Define and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and business objectives across all regions.
- Brand Positioning and Management : Establish and enhance the brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning globally while adapting to local markets.
- Demand Generation and Lead Acquisition : Drive campaigns and initiatives to increase lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all business units.
- Digital Marketing Leadership : Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.
- Marketing Operations and Technology : Implement and optimise marketing technology (MarTech) solutions, data analytics, and Hubspot CRM and CMS for streamlined and efficient marketing operations.
- Big Data Analysis and Insights : Utilise big data to analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and performance metrics, providing Executive Team and CEO opportunities for new product development as well as MLs with actionable insights to optimise marketing strategies and improve regional outcomes.
- Global Franchise Marketing Support : Develop frameworks and resources for Franchise partners (MLs and Coaches), ensuring they have effective marketing strategies, tools, and support to drive local business growth.
- Go-to-Market Strategy Development : Co-develop go-to-market strategies for new products and programs with partners, leveraging their local market expertise and ensuring an effective rollout of new program offerings across regions.
- Customer Experience and Retention : Collaborate with product and sales teams to enhance customer experience and loyalty programs, focusing on client retention and satisfaction.
- Performance Measurement and ROI Analysis : Track marketing performance metrics, analyse ROI, and refine strategies to maximize effectiveness and impact.
- Leadership and Team Development : Lead and mentor marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Strategic Partnerships and Alliances : Identify and develop strategic partnerships that amplify the brand and enhance marketing efforts on a global scale.
