Essential Job Functions

  • Global Marketing Strategy Development : Define and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and business objectives across all regions.
  • Brand Positioning and Management : Establish and enhance the brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning globally while adapting to local markets.
  • Demand Generation and Lead Acquisition : Drive campaigns and initiatives to increase lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all business units.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership : Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Marketing Operations and Technology : Implement and optimise marketing technology (MarTech) solutions, data analytics, and Hubspot CRM and CMS for streamlined and efficient marketing operations.
  • Big Data Analysis and Insights : Utilise big data to analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and performance metrics, providing Executive Team and CEO opportunities for new product development as well as MLs with actionable insights to optimise marketing strategies and improve regional outcomes.
  • Global Franchise Marketing Support : Develop frameworks and resources for Franchise partners (MLs and Coaches), ensuring they have effective marketing strategies, tools, and support to drive local business growth.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy Development : Co-develop go-to-market strategies for new products and programs with partners, leveraging their local market expertise and ensuring an effective rollout of new program offerings across regions.
  • Customer Experience and Retention : Collaborate with product and sales teams to enhance customer experience and loyalty programs, focusing on client retention and satisfaction.
  • Performance Measurement and ROI Analysis : Track marketing performance metrics, analyse ROI, and refine strategies to maximize effectiveness and impact.
  • Leadership and Team Development : Lead and mentor marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Strategic Partnerships and Alliances : Identify and develop strategic partnerships that amplify the brand and enhance marketing efforts on a global scale.

Qualifications, Skills, Ability & Knowledge

In addition to sharing our vision for World Abundance through Business Re-education to be successful in this role you will have;

  • If you’re the rockstar CMO I’m looking for you’ll be in love with the process of creating MQL’s and nurturing them into SQL’s. In fact, you would probably refer to yourself as a Chief Leads Officer as much as you would a CMO and yet still be all about the Brand and the SEO.
  • You’ll have to love Hubspot most, have a side hustle with GHL and almost be considered a nerd for the numbers. Reading, dissecting and creative based on actual results, testing and measuring must be in your DNA. You’ll love reporting the numbers and showing how every month the SEO, the socials and the lead flow is growing. Managing the budget and all the CP’s runs through your veins.
  • Nurture sequences, sales sequences, lead pages and newsletters are what you love to write and create. You can tweak a blog article and YouTUBE headline or graphic like nobody’s business.
  • Software wise you love Ahrefs and Semrush, you adore Neuron Writer and Google Analytics. Answerthepublic and Meta are like your best friends and your nighttime reading is anything marketing and lead generation oriented.
  • You have probably worked in the B2B space and maybe even in the training and coaching or consulting industry. Prior events marketing would also be great but of course a great marketer is a great marketer.
  • You love building and teaching your team and you love managing and learning from and with agencies. We are a franchise company so you have 1,000’s of fans (or critics) for everything you do.
  • You probably already attend all the annual conferences (we want to make sure you keep doing that) and because of that have all the relationships with all the right people to build great strategic partnerships.

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of time.

  • Occasionally will need to reach with hands and arms, lift up to 25 pounds, climb / balance, stoop / kneel / crouch / crawl and push / pull file cabinet drawers.
  • Must be able to identify and assess information on computer screens and written reports and documentation and record accurate written and electronic messages and reports.
  • Requires the ability to distinguish letters or symbols and eye / hand coordination.
  • Position requires occasional (20%) travel within the local area, traveling to office and business locations to conduct business transactions. This involves exposure to weather conditions, traveling distances to and from buildings, and operating a vehicle.
  • Ability to comply with the Company Drug and Alcohol Policy as a requirement of a position that could adversely affect the safety of others.
