ROLE OVERVIEW:
As our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you’ll be at the helm of our marketing strategy, responsible for fueling brand growth, and customer acquisition, and driving revenue through innovative campaigns. Working side-by-side with the CEO, sales, product, and customer success teams, you’ll ensure everything we do is aligned and aimed at achieving bold business goals. We're looking for a visionary, data-savvy leader with a proven track record in DTC marketing who’s ready to inspire and elevate our brand to new heights.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
You’ll lead the charge in crafting and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy that accelerates growth, amplifies our brand, and deepens customer loyalty. Building and mentoring a high-performance marketing team is key, as well as ensuring consistency in our brand messaging across every touchpoint. You’ll collaborate with teams to drive results through campaigns that bring in new customers and keep them coming back for more. With your love for data, you’ll track, optimize, and report on campaign performance, always staying one step ahead of industry trends. And, of course, you’ll manage our marketing budget like a pro, making sure we get the best ROI.
WHAT YOU BRING:
You’ve got 10 years of marketing experience, with a proven history of leading teams and driving growth, especially in the DTC space (bonus if you’ve worked in supplements!). You know how to craft multi-channel strategies that get results, and you lead with a data-driven mindset that makes every campaign better than the last. You’re a natural leader with a growth-focused approach and the flexibility to adapt in an ever-evolving market.
