Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively find new clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts
- Cultivate and develop strong client relationships by understanding their financial goals and delivering tailored solutions
- Assist clients with investment strategies, estate planning, and wealth preservation
- Educate clients on financial products, investment options, and financial concepts to empower their decision-making
- Guide clients in portfolio management, utilizing equities, fixed income, and alternative investments to meet their objectives
- Collaborate with senior advisors in the implementation of long-term, comprehensive financial strategies
- Stay informed on financial market trends, products, and industry best practices to provide expert advice
- Actively participate in ongoing team meetings, training sessions, and professional development initiatives
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering personalized, hands-on service and maintaining open, effective communication in both English and Spanish
- Willingness to travel in Latin American countries if needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish is a MUST (both spoken and written)
- Recent graduate (or upcoming graduate) with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- A strong interest in personal finance, wealth management, investment management, and financial markets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate with a team, and make a meaningful impact
- Passion for building relationships and helping clients achieve financial success
- Ability to foster lasting client relationships based on trust, and open communication
- Required to obtain necessary licenses in a specific time frame with support from the company
