Job Description:
Are you a driven and experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and capital equipment? We are seeking an Account Manager in Fremont, CA, to lead our semiconductor equipment sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and providing strategic direction in the semiconductor manufacturing sector.
This role requires knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and regional companies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Wafer Prober, Dicer, PG, and Grinder Machine major accounts.
- Conduct all sales-related tasks.
- Identify sales opportunities internationally and domestically.
- Advanced sales strategies to find business.
- Coordinate customer visits and demos.
- Coordinate with customers regarding present and future sales.
- Follow up with deliveries, issues, and new requests.
- Coordinate with customer support personnel to ensure proper service.
- Participate in trade shows and relevant events.
- Report sales activities and forecasts.
- Determine quote system to customers.
- Communicate with parent branch regarding sales activities and coordinate with appropriate engineering personnel both domestically and internationally.
- Travel roughly once a month.
- All duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment and regional companies.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
