A control panel manufacturer based out of Memphis, TN is seeking a new Electrical Assembly Technician to join their panel fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with fabrication and industrial controls wiring, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install electrical components
- Perform precise drilling and layout procedures
- Wiring for OP/stations and control panels
- Perform I/O troubleshooting, motor control and start up testing
- Maintain safety standards and a clean workstation
- Assist in training newer personnel, with the ability to lead other technicians when other leads are out
Requirements:
- High school diploma / GED
- Electrical coursework or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of electrical control theory
- Ability to read tape measures, perform mathematical calculations, and use standard tools of the trade
- At least four (4) years prior experience with fabrication and industrial controls wiring
