Japanese / English Bilingual Interpreter / Translator (1year) - Automotive Parts Manufacture (35336)

An International Automotive Parts Manufacturing Company is actively seeking a Japanese / English Translator / Interpreter to join their facility near Brasleton, GA.

Responsibilities of Japanese / English Translator / Interpreter

· Perform general administrative tasks such as; answering phone calls and directing them, documentation filing, meeting room arrangements, and etc.

· Assist purchasing department and process purchasing orders to their venders

· Communicate with venders regarding price, term, delivery and negotiate if necessary

· Translate emails/short documents from Japanese to English

· Assist Japanese expat if necessary

· Work on the production floor to ensure the production schedule is on time and the inventory is up-to-date

· Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Japanese / English Translator / Interpreter

· Japanese language skill (Conversational level to Fluent level)

· Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Japanese or related field or equivalent experience or equivalent experience

· Both entry level and experienced level are welcome

· Strong leadership skills in team environment and skills to bring positive atmosphere to the team

· Ability to be flexible to work effectively with wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment

· Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation skills

· Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently

· Team-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivated

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
