Job Summary:
We are seeking a Japanese-English Translator/Interpreter to support communication and documentation across various departments related to automotive manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document translation (technical and non-technical)
- Visual translation
- Simultaneous interpretation
- Consecutive interpretation
- Whisper interpreting
- Preparing glossaries, reference materials, and conducting research
- Attending pre-meetings and supporting with interpretation devices and maintenance
Qualifications:
- Professional or business-level fluency in both Japanese and English
- 2 years of experience in translation/interpretation
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Certification in interpretation/translation is a plus
