Production Line Lead –Industrial (33230)

We are currently looking for a Production Line Lead to join a industrial manufacturing company in their Morristown TN.

Responsibilities of Production Line Lead:

· Oversee production operations

· Ensure the production is on track according to production plans

· Review the performance of team members and communicate thoroughly to improve

· Ensure the safety of the facility

· Participate meetings as scheduled with other department and management

· Other duties assigned

Requirements for Production Line Lead:

· Must have 3 years of production team/line lead experience at Manufacturing industry

· Experience in the industrial parts production is a big plus

· Must have at least High school diploma

· Excellent communication skills (Speaking, Writing, Listening)

· Must be flexible and able to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment

· This position includes working in a manufacturing and/or warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, lift in excess of 40 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
