Administrative Coordinator - Trading/Distribution Industry (AR-35233)

An international trading company is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support their office in the Midtown Manhattan, NYC area. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of similar experience and a positive, team-oriented mindset. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
  • Coordinate the credit application process, including data entry, content review, uploading documents, and ensuring follow-up with the sales department.
  • Organize and maintain risk management documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Generate, prepare, and provide ad hoc reports as required by management.
  • Collaborate with the finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate financial data processing.
  • Assist in various office tasks as needed, providing support across multiple departments.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or finance role.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to use Pivot Tables for reporting for data analysis.
  • A background in finance or accounting is highly preferred.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work in an office environment with minimal physical exertion.
