A global food distribution company is currently seeking a Bilingual (Spanish / English) Administrative Assistant / Inside sales to support their office in the Miami, FL. This is a full-time, direct hire onsite position.
Bilingual (Spanish / English)_Admin Assistant / Inside Sales Responsibilities Include :
- Create and check invoices
- Answer customers’ queries via email and phone
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Perform data entry and maintain database systems
- Review files, documents to locate important information to reply to requests
- Perform purchasing and inventory control.
- Support sales teams’ activity as appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
Bilingual (Spanish / English)_Admin Assistant / Inside Sales Requirements Include :
While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts / equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
