An international manufacturing company is actively seeking a Human Resources Manager with experience managing HR related matter to join their team in Gallatin TN.
Human Resources Manager Duties:
· Use system to recruit, set interviews, conduct interviews, and process hiring
· Help international employees for their paper work regarding their visa status change with company attorney
· Facilitates employee orientation, as well as new hire and termination papers
· Coordinate various events not only social events but also necessary training events such as safety, harassment, wellness, security, etc.
· Communicate with venders to provide employee services
· Assist and manage other HR and related employees
· Responsible for similar level of duties as assigned
Human Resources Manager Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR or 3 years’ experience as a HR Generalist
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent PC skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and Outlook
· Intermediate math knowledge & Excel skill to find percentage, average, median, quartile, standard deviation, minimum, maximum and range value
· Able to handle multiple tasks and be detail oriented
· Work independently and demonstrate strategic planning
· Prepare reports from various source and methods
· Experience working in a manufacturing industry is a big plus!
- This position includes working in a manufacturing and/or warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
