Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring quality-related matters are addressed throughout the manufacturing process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality-related matters are addressed throughout the manufacturing process
- Investigate and resolve quality problems through root cause analysis and corrective action
- Maintain up-to-date quality documentation and audits for IATF16949 / ISO 14001 Quality Systems
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality-related matters are addressed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of Quality experience, preferably in the industrial sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills required
- Experience with quality control systems (e.g. PFMEA, work instructions, checksheets)
