An International Trading company is currently looking for Japanese / English Bilingual Administrative Assistant in New York City, NY.
Responsibilities of Japanese / English Bilingual Administrative Assistant
- Preparing and maintaining the executive’s schedule by coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, preparing and processing entertainments and expense reports
- Arranging internal parties and meetings, coordinating details from guest lists, invitations, location, and menu selection
- Answering phone calls and inquires, preparing letters, reports, and Telegrams
- Arranging executive gifts and acknowledgements, coordinate holiday cards, congratulatory and condolence correspondence
- Overseeing the transition of incoming and outgoing executives
- Preform other related duties assigned by management
Required Skills of Japanese / English Bilingual Administrative Assistant:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Intermediate PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe and Accounting Software etc.) and the ability to learn new systems
- Min. 3 years of experience in administrative assistant or support staff role at a corporate setting
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to type for extended periods throughout the day and intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk, and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision, as well as, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
