An international automotive parts manufacturing company is actively seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their facility near Madison, AL .
Responsibilities of Logistics Coordinator
- Oversee the logistics operation of the plant, preparing and completing shipping according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship), receiving and processing warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Monitor inventory and ensure deliveries are made on time
- Communicate with customers directly to respond to their needs
- Act as contact point for any logistics errors or delays
- Build and maintain a professional relationship with team member for effective communication
- Operate forklift and perform hands on work in the warehouse if necessary
- Other duties as assigned
