An international automotive parts manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their facility.
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance technicians
- Monitor maintenance schedule and ensure orders are completed on time
- Ensure workplace safety and team members follow safety protocols
- Repair, maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing systems and line equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Perform mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic
- Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and operating efficiently
- Follow ISO standards and company procedures
Requirements
- 3-5 years of managerial experience
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience as Maintenance Technician
- Fully knowledgeable in PLC
- Experience in automotive industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent with relevant experience
- Strong leadership skills and ability to bring positive atmosphere to the team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Team-worker, detail-oriented, responsible, punctual, self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
