Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the performance of multiple departments within a manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing product quality, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff members across Safety, Quality, Process development, Training, and HR departments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager and additional upper management.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 - 5 years of managerial experience ideally in a manufacturing setting.
- General knowledge of Quality Assurance, Safety Programs, and HR practices (employee relations, risk management, and compliance).
- Prior experience with TPS (Toyota Production Systems).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
