Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the performance of multiple departments within a manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing product quality, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of staff members across Safety, Quality, Process development, Training, and HR departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager and additional upper management.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 - 5 years of managerial experience ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• General knowledge of Quality Assurance, Safety Programs, and HR practices (employee relations, risk management, and compliance).
• Prior experience with TPS (Toyota Production Systems).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, direct hire position with a manufacturing work environment. The successful candidate will be required to perform tasks that involve intermittent sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and other physical demands.
