Description:
The Operations Manager will oversee the performance of multiple departments, including Production, Safety, Quality, Process Development, Training, and HR.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage staff members across various departments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Manager and upper management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4-5 years of managerial experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- General knowledge of Quality Assurance, Safety Programs, and HR practices (employee relations, risk management, and compliance).
- Prior experience with TPS (Toyota Production Systems).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
This position includes a manufacturing work environment. Employees may be required to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
