An international manufacturer near the Bardstown, KY area is looking for a Printing / Lamination Manager to join their plant. You will oversee production team & activities for the Printing / Lamination department. The ideal candidate will have related management experience within an industrial environment.
This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays &vacation. Must be able to work on-site.
Management Responsibilities :
- Manage production schedule – delegate assignments accordingly
- Monitor production progress – meet goals – address problems
- Manage budget (labor, materials, etc.)
- Provide training (department safety & development as needed)
- Maintain quality production (ISO certifications, work instructions & procedures)
- Oversee additional projects as assigned

This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 20 pounds, lift in excess of 30 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts / equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
