An international manufacturing company (Gaskets/ sealing devices/ Rubber) company in Lincoln, NE area is currently seeking a Sales Manager Candidate to join their organization. This is a full-time job, M-F (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM), direct hire with full benefits opportunity. Entry-level/senior-level sales experienced candidates and recent graduates from school are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customers and potential customers' facilities providing them with information and support as required to secure and maintain business.
- Establish, maintain, and develop business relationships with customers in the assigned territory to maximum profitability.
- Responsible for selling this company original products to all customers in the assigned territory.
- Grow business by anticipating customer needs, determining appropriate solutions to business problems, and providing an overall high level of customer service.
- Understand and execute the sales plan and price adjustments based on management’s instructions.
- Communicate plans to customers and effectively manage resources to support sales volume.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, information, or feedback gathering through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Cooperate with the accounting department to ensure the collection of accounts receivable due.
- Provide timely reporting of activities in the field to assist in business and product planning.
- Submits sales activity reports and other reports as needed.
- Attend quarterly inventory count.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office and general PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Travel by airplane.
- Availability to travel as required to meet with clients and go to professional events.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- 5 years of sales management experience.
- 5 years of sales experience.
