Warehouse Logistics Supervisor - Automotive Parts Manufacturer (35152)

An automotive parts manufacturer in the Pendleton, IN area is looking for a motivated Warehouse Logistics Supervisor to join their facility. This is a full-time, direct hire (permanent), salaried position on night shift (3 shift).

Warehouse Logistics Supervisor Responsibilities Include:

• Implement and maintain logistics processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Monitor inventory levels, including regular cycle counts, and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain operations with production schedules
• Maintain 5S/3D practices
• Train, mentor, and evaluate logistics staff
• Participate in hiring process
• Other duties as assigned by management

Warehouse Logistics Supervisor Requirements Include:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in manufacturing or similar production environment
• Experience with ERP systems and sending ASNs to automotive customers preferred
• Able to use Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including supply chain, shipping/receiving, and inventory management
• Ability to problem-solve, collaborate across departments, organize, plan, and adapt priorities effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• This position includes manufacturing and office work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
