Position Summary :
The HR Coordinator will facilitate effective staffing and maintain compliance for their office. The HR Coordinator will convey the company culture to new hires, ensure field staff compliance, and be the main point of contact with their candidates. The HR Coordinator will work in conjunction with branch leadership and their field support team to ensure appropriate staffing levels. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, administering new hire paperwork, and supporting ongoing compliance requirements.
Job Responsibilities :
- Sources and recruit candidates.
- Monitors and applies recruiting best practices.
- Screens candidate resumes and job applications.
- Conducts interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates.
- Prepares recruitment materials and post jobs through various channels.
- Promotes company culture and helps establish the company as an employer of choice in the local market.
- Facilitates orientation and leads onboarding of new hires.
- Ongoingly monitors and ensures compliance of personnel records, ensuring they are always survey ready.
- Works collaboratively with human resources, central support teams, and branch leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
