Activate Inc. Event Producer Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Event Producer to join our team at Activate Inc.

Responsibilities include:

1. Creating and managing master schedules for each program, collaborating across departments to meet deliverable deadlines for multiple projects.
2. Generating comprehensive production documentation, including statements of work, work-back schedules, budgets, artwork approvals, operations manuals, metrics reports, expense reports, and post-program recaps.
3. Developing on-site execution plans in coordination with the Account team to achieve client KPIs, such as sampling, generating foot traffic, and social media amplification.
