Our Care in the Home team deliver complex care to both Adults and Children within their own homes with care tailored to fit with each person’s care needs, preferences and lifestyle. Our incredible team of Clinicians, Care Managers and Registered Managers work seamlessly with our recruitment, onboarding, and training division to ensure we can manage expectation of the client and funder.

When You Will Be Working
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Deliver individual and team growth targets including revenue and billable hours
- Partner with the Care in the Home division to develop and deliver region/portfolio specific growth plans aligned to the Group strategy and vision
- Drive commercial growth for the Group by identifying, unlocking, cultivating, and growing relationships with funders, clients, charities, providers, and other relevant bodies
- Deliver and report on clear metrics and KPIs as instructed by the Managing Director
- Actively undertake activities to ensure we retain contracts that are in our interest to do so
- Work with the Contracts team to Deliver compelling and successful bids that reflect Active Care Group’s expertise and what differentiates us against our competitors whilst addressing Commissioners’ requirements
- Experience of working with Funder ICBs/CCGs, Local Authorities, Case Management, and other professionals
- Good understanding of deliverables and the impact of failure to provide
- Commercially focused, articulate and possess the ability to think strategically
- Exceptional relationship building skills
- Strong communication skills
- Sales negotiation, resilience, and ability to overcome objections
- Comfortable with both New Business and Account Management
- High standards, a team player, organised, and methodical
