As Marketing Coordinator, you play a crucial role in the success of our Centers. Within the Charleston market, you partner closely with Center Directors and your Area Director. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships within the community so that even more people can reap the benefits of our incredible services at our Centers (currently three) within our Charleston, SC market. You will also partner with our Center Leaders to ensure member satisfaction, retention, and ultimately the growth of Centers in your area of responsibility.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working alongside our Center Leaders to build and maintain active referral sources.
- Using your creativity across multiple mediums and educating local communities in your area of responsibility about Active Day’s Services
- Representing Active Day by participating in local health fairs, marketing events, and other educational opportunities.
- Ensuring a strong social media presence is maintained for Centers in your area of responsibility.
- Manage all aspects of referral development, including but not limited to: assisting/implementing marketing campaigns, maintaining electronic referral systems, and ensuring on-going communication with referral sources and potential members is maintained
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- HS Diploma Required.
- A degree in human services, marketing, communications, or a related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant and recent experience working with seniors and/or individuals with developmental disabilities in a professional capacity.
- One year of marketing experience in a healthcare facility, preferably working with seniors and/or individuals with developmental disabilities or a long-term care environment will be helpful.
- Valid Driver’s license and Proof of valid/active Insurance and Registration
- Ability to travel up to 70% within your assigned market.
- Because you will be setting up various marketing events, you must be able to bend, pull, push, squat, turn, transfer, and lift up to 50 pounds; able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Successful results of background check, and where applicable, additional state-specific regulatory requirements.
