What You’ll Do:
As the Facilities Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of ensuring our buildings operate seamlessly, remain safe, and meet all life safety codes. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and Inspiring Teams
- Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff.
- Collaborate with outsourced cleaning teams to ensure excellence.
- Promote safety and high-quality work practices.
Managing Budgets and Resources
- Oversee maintenance budgets and expenses.
- Monitor and maintain inventory for supplies and equipment.
Planning and Scheduling Maintenance
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules for building systems.
- Prioritize and assign work orders to keep operations running smoothly.
- Coordinate room setups for events to meet our members’ needs.
Inspecting and Repairing Facilities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues proactively.
- Manage minor repairs directly and coordinate contractors for specialized work.
Driving Projects and Compliance
- Oversee maintenance projects to stay on budget and on time.
- Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
Emergency Response and Seasonal Tasks
- Be on-call to respond to emergencies promptly.
- Oversee lawn care, horticulture, and snow removal to keep our facilities safe year-round.

- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
- Expertise in life safety codes and preventive maintenance programs.
- Proven ability to manage staff, contractors, and multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
