Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about patient care? Active Health & Wellness Center, a thriving practice with 25 years of excellence in Chiropractic Care and Exercise Rehabilitation, is looking for a full-time Chiropractic Scribe to join our team!
What You'll Do:
- Charting & Documentation – Accurately document patient visits in the EHR system in real time.
- Assist Doctors with Patient Paperwork – Ensure all necessary forms, referrals, and authorizations are completed correctly.
- Monitor Patient Needs – Recognize when a patient requires a new diagnosis, prior authorization, or updated paperwork.
- Support Office Operations – Answer phones, schedule patients, and assist with general administrative duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong transcription and typing skills
- Familiarity with medical documentation, terminology, and anatomy (or a willingness to learn!)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
