Active Home Health, Hospice & Personal Care is looking for a Full Time Business Office Manager. We are looking for someone who is caring, professional and self-motivated to join our team. We are a fun-loving, compassionate group that thrives off the gratification of caring for others.
Pay starting at $18.00-$21.00 per hour. Pay is based upon experience and training.
Job Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent (GED).
1-5 years of experience as a Business Office Manager for a Home Health Company.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all authorizations for billing, after initial intake, for all Insurances.
Fax authorization renewal requests each month.
Call Insurances as needed to receive authorizations if not received.
Oversee the company's insurance contracts.
Take on other tasks as needed to ensure that the office is running efficiently while working with the Assistant Administrator & Administrator.
