The Active Media Systems & Processes team is looking to fill an exciting new position for Business Analyst. As part of the 45-person Information Solutions team, the MS&P team evaluates and improves business processes to increase efficiency related to buying online and offline media. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our growing team. Must be able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills and have a strong foundation in Excel, SQL, and ideally Python or similar programming language. This role will require experience in system testing and database reconciliations. Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough data analysis to evaluate areas to improve workflows.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve business issues.• Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.• Perform system testing to ensure the integrity and functionality of critical business systems.• Participate in innovative robotic process automation (RPA) projects to streamline business processes.• Lead tactical process improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency.• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements using Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position doesn’t have supervisory responsibilities at the current time.

The salary range for this position is $70,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications. Qualifications
• Must have 2 years of related experience preferably in a Business Analyst capacity.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required.• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, a must.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, needed.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.• College degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is required.• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power Bi, and/or Python, C# or other programming language, required.• Working knowledge of system functionality testing and database reconciliations.• Working knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean or other quality methodology is a plus.
