ART is seeking a talented Videographer/Editor to support our holistic content creation efforts, with a specific focus on testimonial, experiential, and how-to video creation for both B2B and B2C efforts. This is a contract role, with the potential for renewal or transition into a full-time employment position based on performance and company needs. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging, performance-driven video content for our website and paid platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other organic media channels.

This person must be a self-starter and have a proven ability and portfolio that demonstrates their familiarity with all stages of video production. They are a conceptual thinker that has experience working in dynamic, growing, and energetic environments.

Responsibilities – What You’ll Do

• Video Production and Planning:
• Plan and storyboard video projects in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Capture high-quality video footage for a variety of projects, including experiential and promotional videos, events, and interviews/testimonials.
• Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure optimal recording conditions.
• Capture b-roll footage to support various video projects.
• Assist with curriculum content filming and post-production as needed.
• Editing and Post-Production (shared responsibility with current team member):
• Edit raw footage into polished final products using video editing software
• Ensure all video content is consistent with the brand’s style and standards.
• Digital asset management: ingesting, organizing, distributing, and archiving video footage.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Coordinate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Technical Support:
• Maintain and troubleshoot video production equipment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve video production quality.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and media teams to create cohesive multimedia content.
• Create visually engaging videos that can be used across marketing channels to boost performance.
• Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications – What You’ll Bring

• B.S. in Film and Video Production or related field
• 3 years experience in/with video production and editing
• Requires a great eye and understanding of how to make bold, compelling visuals
• Experience working with professional video equipment, including lighting, sound, and grip
• Proven experience as a Videographer or in a similar role
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Photoshop)
• Is familiar with photography (both product and lifestyle) is a plus, but not required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Possess a clear understanding of video ad placement within performance marketing channels, like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, LinkedIn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on various projects with changing priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pitch, onboard, and interview video subjects inclusive of high-level management teams, employees, and individuals
• Intermediate knowledge in production, videography, lighting and audio techniques skills, as well as technical videography skills using DSLR cameras and related equipment
• Experience in or passion for health and wellness industry

Pay Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000-$67,500/year
• Benefits will be awarded when full-time employment status has been obtained.
