What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Integrity Representative position at Active Staffing Services?
Duties and Responsibilities : The following duties and responsibilities are essential to the role. Other duties may be assigned as necessary :
- Answer Phones : Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Business System Software : Work with Business System Software, particularly ERP systems, to maintain and update data.
- Data Management : Review and maintain critical data within the operating system, including bills of materials, routings, machine rates, and material costing.
- Inventory Management : Maintain production material inventories and ensure they are accurately recorded.
- Production and Labor Entry : Review and enter daily labor (production), scrap tickets (entry and disposition), and inventory move tickets into the business system. Ensure alignment with financial impacts on the organization.
- Physical Inventory Counts : Conduct physical counts of stock, including finished goods, raw materials, and components, to verify accuracy against the operating system.
- Job Order Verification : Ensure accuracy of job order information and costing before closing jobs in the business system.
- Subcontract Purchasing : Create purchase orders for subcontracted plating services.
- Reporting and Information Sharing : Provide reports and information to company personnel when requested, whenever possible.
- Cross-training : Cross-train other office positions to ensure flexibility in coverage as needed.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure all work practices adhere to OSHA standards.
- Other Duties : Perform other related duties as assigned.
