Key Responsibilities :
- Phone Management : Be the voice of the company by handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Business System Software : Utilize ERP systems to maintain and update essential data, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate information across the organization.
- Data Management : Review and maintain vital data, including bills of materials, routings, machine rates, and material costing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Control : Take charge of managing production material inventories, ensuring accurate tracking and recording.
- Production and Labor Entry : Review and enter daily production labor, scrap tickets, and inventory move tickets into the business system to align with financial impacts.
- Physical Inventory Counts : Conduct regular stock counts to verify the accuracy of finished goods, raw materials, and components, ensuring smooth operations.
- Job Order Verification : Double-check job order details and costing before closing jobs to ensure accuracy.
- Subcontract Purchasing : Manage subcontracted plating services and create purchase orders to maintain a seamless supply chain.
- Reporting & Communication : Provide vital reports and information to internal teams when needed, helping to drive informed decision-making.
- Cross-Training : Enhance team efficiency by cross-training other office positions and ensuring flexible coverage when necessary.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to OSHA standards, ensuring a safe work environment for everyone.
- Additional Responsibilities : Contribute to team success by taking on other duties as needed.
