Responsibilities
- Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to enhance equipment reliability.
- Perform heavy equipment repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC / R systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Work with 120 / 208 / 240 / 480 voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct machine safety inspections to uphold workplace safety regulations.
- Utilize Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) for efficient motor control.
- Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) for automated systems.
- Maintain and repair conveyor systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Service and troubleshoot servo motors to optimize performance.
