What are the responsibilities and job description for the Post Event Staff position at Active Staffing Services?
Build your career in the commercial building janitorial field! We are looking for a motivated, flexible, and professional candidate to work as an Active Stadium Event Cleaner at the Amerant Bank Arena. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of maintenance services in our client facilities to guarantee a spotless environment. Maintenance services include client spaces, public areas, and restroom maintenance. EXCELLENT SOURCE OF SECONDARY INCOME!!
Shift: 9pm - 6am Varies on event type
Responsibilities include:
• Cleaning the stadium area as well as offices and common areas.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be detail-oriented with some janitorial experience.
• Position will include, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, using a handheld blower, garbage removal, and cleaning restrooms.
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
• Must have experience in custodial maintenance and cleaning.
• Must be available to work any shift as assigned, including overnights and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• You must be capable of standing and walking for long periods, in a cold environment.
• Must be able to go up and down steps consistently.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs, to bend, reach, lift, and carry.
• Ability to take direction and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable with working in a very fast-paced environment.
• A strong ability to use the English language.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
