Position Details:
- Compensation: $77K - $90K annually, with monthly bonus opportunities of up to $1,800
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Work Mode: Hybrid/Remote position (must reside in California)
- Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish (not required)
Your Role:
As a Senior Behavior Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director to oversee Early Start Programming and social skills group development
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and verbal behavior assessments
- Design and implement individualized language, play, and skill-based curricula
- Provide mentorship and supervision to BCBA candidates
- Lead cross-disciplinary collaboration to develop and deliver high-quality interventions
- Drive continuous improvement and quality control initiatives for clinical services

What We're Looking For:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology or a related field
- BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Extensive experience in developing and overseeing ABA-based programs
- Proven leadership abilities in mentoring BCBA candidates and guiding teams
- Expertise in early childhood development and social skills programming
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, ethical standards, and data-driven programming
- Ability to travel to various locations for service delivery and stakeholder meetings
- Reliable personal transportation (public transit/ride-shares do not qualify per HIPAA regulations)
