What you will do
As Senior Product Marketing Manager at ActivTrak, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy for our software solutions. This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with our target audience. You will be the bridge between our product team and our customer-facing teams, ensuring our messaging effectively communicates our value proposition and differentiators in the market.Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and ExecutionLead product launch strategies by conducting thorough market analysis, identifying target customer segments, and developing comprehensive positioning and messaging frameworksGenerate ideas for campaigns and feature development based on customer needs and level of feature interest / impact and new feature capabilitiesAssist with the execution of marketing campaignsOwn the competitive intelligence program, maintaining deep knowledge of market trends and competitor movementsCustomer and Market IntelligenceDevelop a deep understanding of customer pain points and needs through : Regular review and analysis of prospect callsConducting win / loss analysis interviewsDirect customer interviews to understand product value perceptionAnalyze and synthesize patterns in customer interactions to inform product positioning and marketing strategiesLead market research initiatives to identify emerging trends and opportunitiesSales and Customer Success EnablementCreate and maintain comprehensive sales enablement materials including product training, battle cards, and competitive analysisPartner with sales and customer success teams to develop tools and resources that drive customer engagement and conversionDeliver training sessions to internal teams on new products, features, and competitive positioningPerformance Analysis and ReportingEstablish and track key performance metrics for product marketing initiativesProvide regular reports and insights to executive leadership on marketing effectiveness and market dynamicsMake data-driven recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies and tacticsRequirementsYour experience
Required Experience7 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaSProven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategiesExperience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaignsStrong background in sales enablement and customer success supportExcellence in written and verbal communicationDemonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insightsPreferred QualificationsExperience in workforce analytics, productivity software, or related industriesExperience with product marketing in high-growth SaaS companiesUnderstanding of workforce productivity trends and digital transformationBenefitsWork environment
