Customer Success Representative
We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative (CSR)who is passionate about supporting clients, building strong relationships, and helping businesses get the most from our technology. As a CSR, you’ll be the trusted partner for a portfolio of clients. You’ll help them discover the full value of the platform, offer solutions that support their goals, and ensure their success with the technology. We’re building the future of fleet management with smart, data-driven solutions. We believe in the power of diverse perspectives, inclusive teams, and customer-first thinking.
What You’ll Do:
- Be a proactive, friendly point of contact for your clients, building trust and providing support that meets their unique needs.
- Stay in regular communication to understand their goals and identify ways to improve their experience.
- Help clients get the most out of their GPS fleet tracking systems, from onboarding through ongoing usage and upgrades.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a consistent and seamless experience.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by introducing new features, services, or pricing solutions.
- Troubleshoot any issues with services or tech to ensure a quick resolution and client satisfaction.
- Track key account metrics and share insights with the team to continuously improve our service.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture that values inclusion, learning, and innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer service, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with high-level business clients.
- A natural relationship-builder with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working with data and digital tools to solve problems and spot opportunities.
- Organized, self-motivated, and good at managing your time.
- Excited about learning and adapting in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.
Technical Requirements:
- Desktop or Laptop Computer
- Processor: i5 or newer (or Ryzen 5 ) 2GHZ processing power or better
- Minimum 8GB RAM
- High Speed Internet Access with 20MBPS Download and 20MBPS Upload or better
- Dual Monitors, at least 20 inch.
