Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA/MS preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of proven leadership experience in the elevator industry or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in driving business outcomes and leading teams to achieve high performance.
Skills & Traits:
• Visionary leadership with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication and team-building capabilities.
• Highly analytical mindset with strong financial acumen and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with vertical transportation industry operations.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time to connect with teams and clients across the region.
